Exchanges & Final Sale

We want you to love your purchase! We are happy to offer exchanges on unworn, tagged merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition: tagged, unworn, unwashed, smoke free, no makeup, no perfume or other odors.

For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear, hair accessories, hats, earrings, and shoes are not eligible for exchange. Holiday, Sale, and Clearance items are Final Sale.

At this time we do not offer refunds, but we are happy to issue store credit on an e-gift card for eligible returns/exchanges!

Shipping & Pickup

We ship all in-stock orders within 1-3 business days.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, using the current shipping rates provided by the carrier. Shipping rates start at $10. You can also reach out to us if you need the item quicker and we can see what shipping options are available for you!

For smaller items such as jewelry, we may be able to refund a portion of the shipping cost when the actual shipping cost is less than the amount paid. So don't hesitate to place that accessory order!

Large or heavy orders may require an additional shipping charge if the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount paid at checkout. If this occurs we will reach out to you before shipping with the additional cost.

We also offer free in-store pickup and pickup in Barbourville at our home.
